The XmlGrid.net online editor allows you to create an XML Schema definition language (XSD) schema from an XML document. XmlGrid.net can automatically detect the basic data types in the XML document such as integer, float point number, date, date time, etc, and use the corresponding XSD data types to create the element definitions in the schema. For the data types that cannot be indentified by XmlGrid, the string type will be used.

The XmlGrid can handle XML documents with large number of complicated nested recrring or repeating elements. It is very easy to use, you just copy and paste an XML document into the input box, or use the file opener to select a file from your local file system, or provide a URL if your XML file is on internet.
